Gooii proudly announced at the beginning of 2018 we had welcomed The English Association as a new client. Primarily we have been working on a new customer-facing website. Following discussions on where we can use software to make efficiency savings, we are now starting on a set of enhancements. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the first. Dynamic automation of previously manual functions results in the cost of this solution being offset by the saving of internal administration time.
